Who are we looking for?
A/an RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT (R&D) ENGINEER
for the headquarters of Lavis (TN)
The candidate we are seeking will play a central role in the evolution of our product range, contributing to the development of innovative, safe, and regulatory-compliant solutions, collaborating with technical and production teams.
What will you be doing?
Design and development of new fall arrest devices, confined space systems, and customized solutions; improvement of existing products; analysis of materials, components, and technical solutions; prototyping, functional testing, and compliance checks with technical standards; collaboration with suppliers and technical partners in selecting materials and technologies; production support for the industrialization of new products; preparation of technical documentation and product files; and technical support for customers.
Previous experience in R&D or in the safety devices, mechanical engineering, or structural component design sectors will be considered a plus.

We require:
Technical engineering background, mechanical design skills, familiarity with 2D/3D CAD software (preferably SolidWorks or equivalent), analytical approach, creativity, proactivity, problem-solving skills, and a strong motivation to grow in a challenging and rapidly evolving environment.
